Our Bespoke Asado Grill

We’re totally obsessed with our new asado grill. It’s been bespoke made by Metallica Metal near Chichester, in collaboration with Jason, and it’s a real beauty. Crafted from steel using reclaimed metal and old iron railings, it’s got so much character and story behind it. The fact it’s moveable and multi-grill makes it perfect for the way we love to cook—over fire! It feels like the heart of what we do at Feast & Flame.
There’s something really special about cooking over fire, and this grill lets us do it properly. Every element has been thoughtfully designed, from the different height levels to the way we can control the heat across the grills.
It gives us the freedom to cook everything from slow, smoky meats to perfectly charred veg, all at the same time. It’s interactive, it’s ever-changing, and it brings a real sense of theatre to our feasting style.
It’s more than just equipment; it’s become part of the experience we offer. When it’s fired up, it naturally draws people in—the crackle, the smoke, the smell of food cooking over flame. It creates a focal point, a talking point, and a real sense of occasion.
